REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
We care about your satisfaction with our product and the buying experience. Please inform us immediately if you face any issues.
We are specialists, with limited resources. Bringing each flute to you involves a lot of effort. Since we only use natural bamboo, which it is a delicate material, we can only offer exchanges (replacement) at this time. Please inform us immediately via contact form<link to contact us page>. All exchange requests must be received by us within 30 days of your purchase. You will send you an exchange tracking slip, which you can include in the shipment when you return the product to us (shipping cost to be borne by you) in its original condition in its original packing. We will send you a replacement within 15 days from receiving the exchange tracking slip.
If the order was placed incorrectly or if you made a mistake in selecting the product(s), please inform us <link to contact us page> within 24 hours of the purchase. We will not be able to apply corrections once the order is shipped.
NOTE - Payments made through COD and bank transfers are non-refundable. *COD facility will be coming soon
- If you are not satisfied with the product, you can exchange it for a product of equal or lesser value within 7 days of receiving the product.
- You will be responsible to pay for the shipping charges.
- Please mark the return shipment as "Return Shipment" in bold on the package since customs duty is not applicable on returning products. If you fail to mark the "Return Shipment" on the package, we will deduct the customs duty. Include the exchange authorization slip inside the package.
- The product can be exchanged is only after you receive exchange authorization slip.
- You must send us the tracking number once you have shipped the product to be exchanged.
- On demand and customized products are neither returned nor exchanged.
